Modernising integrated water resources management in Cuba through technical support for implementing a water information system and the observatory for the Almendares-Vento basin.

- Assessment, discussion and advice on consolidating water governance at the national level as well as in the pilot basin.
- Improving the characterisation of the hydrographic basin (supplying monitoring equipment).
- Implementing an information system based on data interoperability.
