In December 2024, OiEau employed 180 people across four sites in France.

The detailed information about our team, as given below, reflects our recruitment policy, which is consistent with our values centred on the general interest:

• Contract types: 160 employees on permanent contracts, 11 on fixed-term contracts, 8 on apprenticeship contracts, 2 on internships and 2 temporary contracts.
• Gender distribution: 90 women & 93 men
• Status: 112 executives & 58 employees, technicians, supervisory management (ETAM).
