PROSPEREAU: a financial analysis and forecasting tool for water and wastewater services

This tool has been specially designed for medium-sized local authorities (3,000 to 50,000 customers) wishing to study the impact of major changes (changes in scope, investment programme, etc.) on the financial situation of their water and wastewater services.

It enables

• Consolidate accounting data according to the grouping scenarios defined by the user;

• Modelling of expenditure, revenue, loans, depreciation and subsidy write-backs.

• Development of the tool,
• Improvement of its functionalities,
• Dissemination of the tool to local authorities.
